CellForm is the solution for all conventional physical and chemical foaming processes in injection molding. KraussMaffei is a system partner for the MuCell process patented and marketed by Trexel. As such, KraussMaffei is capable of ideally matching process and machine technology.

CX series (500 - 4,200 kN)

Each machine can be upgraded individually: In the fully hydraulic CX series, KraussMaffei offers outstanding compact, efficient and flexible technology and provides the basis for expansion with all available injection molding processes.

GX series (4,000 - 14,500 kN)

Benefit from the first-class hydromechanical dual platen concept of the GX Series in conjunction with the single-piston injection system. Thanks to the modular design, the compact dual platen clamping unit can be individually configured with all available injection units.

MX series (13,000 - 60,000 kN)

KraussMaffei is the market leader in large-scale injection molding machines. Our MX Series is recognized around the world and is principally characterized by the hydro-mechanical dual platen clamping unit, which we developed ourselves. The performance spectrum ranges from compact injection molding units with basic automation and highly complex production cells, through to complete factory planning

The powerMolding complements the injection molding portfolio with a series offering a standardized range of options for the economical production of simple plastic components. precisionMolding (500 - 3,200 kN)

The precisionMolding complements the injection molding portfolio with a series offering a standardized range of options for the economical production of simple plastic components.

With the basic injection molding machine, precisionMolding, KraussMaffei created the perfect entry-level solution for all-electric injection molding to react quickly and innovatively to market demands. It combines high performance, easy operation and short delivery times. It can be widely used in different fields of applications, e.g. packaging, electric & electronics, medical and automotive.
