The compact and highly efficient underwater pelletizers UWG are mainly used in LDPE homopolymer and copolymer plants. In combination with KE single-screw extruders, they guarantee reliable and high-quality production.

Two stage water chamber and cutting gap

- Low-wear operation with a cutting gap between the die plate and the knife.
- Optimized water chamber design to improve pellet quality.
- Unique pelletizing concept with optimized die plates for excellent pellet quality.
- Large doors on both sides of the cutting chamber for easy and quick rinsing of the die plate and short setup times.
- Connection to discharge extruders and venting extruders is possible.
